Financial markets are rebounding after the announcement of a rescue plan by the U.S. government. "We believe that this decisive government action is needed to preserve America’s financial system and sustain America’s overall economy," Bush said at the White House Friday. Behind these events, two news stress the strategic interest that the U.S. government could earn from this crisis: the increasing difficulties for the Gulf countries to create a single currency and the closing of the Exchange Moscow for nearly two days.
