Independent daily suspended indefinitely in Somaliland
"Somaliland authorities often ignore their own legal system to censor the press, whether it is arbitrary detentions of journalists or, in this case, an arbitrary suspension order," said CPJ East Africa Consultant Tom Rhodes.
